1、 Members are not allowed to transport the following prohibited items：


1. Imitation of famous brands, brands (without authorization), .other suspected infringing goods


2. Medical supplies, drugs, fresh food, powders, liquids, pastes, corrosives, drugs


3. Currency (including bank cards, promissory notes, drafts, checks, bonds, stocks)


4. Flammable .explosive, military weapons .accessories, simulated military supplies .accessories


5. Antique cultural relics, watches, jewelry, precious metals


6. Gambling equipment, CDs, cassette tapes, religious propaganda, obscene .pornographic books, reactionary publications


7. Other international goods are prohibited from being shipped, .products are subject to policy control in the destination country .region.


Our staff have the right to inspect members' goods under surveillance to determine whether they are prohibited or restricted by national regulations, and to confirm the name, category, and quantity of the items. If any dangerous goods or products under government control are found, our company reserves the right to immediately report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully in handling the situation.


 


2、 Cross border transportation .customs clearance


We are responsible f.customs clearance .export of members' goods to mainl.China, booking shipping to the destination, .have an obligation to assist members in customs clearance matters at the destination. Members must declare the correct product name, quantity, .value when filling out the waybill, in order to facilitate smooth customs clearance of the goods. .the member falsely reports the product name, quantity, .value, ..the goods can.be cleared smoothly due to local policy reasons .are returned by the destination customs, fines .confiscation will be imposed, .the resulting losses .consequences will be borne by the member.


 


3、 Cross border tariffs


Goods arriving at the destination will go through the destination customs. .the value of the goods exceeds the tax-free range of the destination country .region, tariffs .consumption taxes will be levied. Members need to budget f.the possible tariff costs before mailing the goods.


 


4、 International transportation costs .their surcharges


 


Based on the real-time prices announced by our company, .members have any questions about our single freight charges during the cooperation process, they need to propose negotiation .modification before the goods are released from the warehouse. Once the goods are released from the warehouse, it will be deemed that the default charges are correct .accepted.


 


5、 Measurement units .rules


.the volumetric weight of the goods is greater than the actual weight, the shipping fee will be charged based on the volumetric weight. The following volumetric billing rules are subject to change without pri.notice. Please consult our customer service f.specific details.


The volumetric billing standard f.sea .air transportation is CM length * height * width divided by 5000=volumetric weight.


Bulk LCL is calculated based on volume, .overweight cargo weighing 500kg is calculated as 1 cubic meter.


 


6、 The timeliness of international transportation is unpredictable


We do .provide compensation f.the transportation reference time we provide, .f.delays that may be caused by warehouse explosions, weather conditions, customs port inspections, etc.


We are .responsible f.any shipping delays caused by delayed payment by members.


 


7、 Compensation standard


.the goods are lost in my warehouse .during transportation, compensation will be made according to the declared value by the member, .the shipping fee will be refunded.


Damage to the goods during transportation is .within the scope of compensation.


Within 2 days after the delivery .receipt of the goods, .there are no objections, it will be deemed confirmed as correct, .our company will no longer accept after-sales services such as claims.


 


8、 Detailed Transportation Agreement


We provide transportation agreements f.goods from different channels, .it is necessary to read the relevant terms before transportation. Members .our company should recognize the above terms as mutually binding .legally effective agreement terms. Customers accept .comply with the terms of this agreement from the date of using our transportation services.
